Coconut oil is rich in lauric acid, which is known for being antiviral and antibacterial and protecting the skins surface.
Milk thistle seed contains antioxidants and flavonoids that are used to protect your skin. The compounds in this herb bind themselves to the collagen fibers of the skin, protecting them. They also can reduce inflammation.

Use it daily as an after shower moisturizer by massaging onto your entire body. Partner up with someone you love and use it as a massage oil. You can also add a few drops into your bath to create a relaxing aroma and silky water.
