Free shipping to the US on Orders Over $79

Flat Rate shipping to Canada

Were excited to offer you free shipping to the US and flat $9 shipping to Canada, and some discounted international shipping options! Heres how it works:

USA: The minimum order for free shipping is $79. At the moment, Alaska and Hawaii are included in the free shipping offer, so take advantage! We do not charge any handling fees. Orders ship from Michigan, United States. 

Canada: Order for $79 or more and you get a flat rate of $9 for shipping, no matter how large your order is! Priority shipping is also discounted by 20% because we love our Canadian customers!  

International: Shipping rates are discounted by 20% to accommodate our international customers. Orders above $149 also get a flat rate of $30 for airmail shipping. In many cases, that's a substantial savings!

Shipping Details

USA:  Free ground shipping is selected for you on orders above $79 (5-7 days). If you would like to get a faster shipping method, click on "refresh rates" to select another shipping method to get your order even faster.

Canada: When placing an order over $79, the flat $9 shipping rate will selected for you (3-4 weeks delivery).  If you would like to get your order faster, just upgrade the shipping to Priority by selecting one of the options that will appear. Priority shipping generally takes 6-10 business days to Canada. If your order is large enough, you may even qualify for flat-rate priority shipping. 

International. As you might imagine, shipping products outside of the US to Australia, Europe or other countries can be very costly. Shipping a good sized, one-pound book to Australia via priority airmail can cost us $30, which is often more than the cost of the book! 

To accommodate our international customers, we've discounted rates charged to us by USPS by 20%.

Additionally, orders above $149 get a flat rate of $30 for priority mail shipping (8-12 days to most destinations). 

Exceptions

Certain products are not eligible for free shipping and flat-rate shipping, such as most juicers, blenders and products from the "kitchen" category. 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase, and then also tracking information (if available) once your order has shipped.

International Duties & Taxes, a Note to Canadians

Our business is located in Vancouver, Canada, but we ship from Michigan. Orders to the United States will not be charged any sales tax.

For our Canadian customers: In some cases we will ship certain items from Canada. We plan on adding more and more products that can ship from Canada in the future. Items that ship from Canada will be charged Canadian sales tax. 

We will charge taxes to Canadians on digital items as well as any items that ship from Canada.Taxes collected will depend on your province of residence (as indicated by your shipping address). Although products shipping from the US are not taxed, it's possible that Canadian customers may have to pay duties and taxes again when they receive their order.

Theres nothing we can do about taxes duties, which are charged based on the type of product. A good website for information on this is www.betterdollar.com

We ship USPS international because this method of shipping generally avoids most problems with duties and pesky "brokerage fees". 

A Note to Customers Located Outside of the US & Canada

We ship to most countries. Unfortunately, due to some problems with receiving packages in some countries, we may not be able to ship to you via standard methods. If your order is not accepted due to your mailing address, contact us to arrange shipping via UPS or Fedex. 

Returns

Not satisfied with your purchase? Our goal at RawVegan.com is to make sure that you are 100% happy with every shopping experience with us. We accept returns of unopened products for up to 60 days after the date of purchase. (NOTE: Certain products can be opened and used, see below). 

Products Made by Frederic Patenaude or Raw Vegan

Several products sold on RawVegan.com have been created and produced by Raw Vegan or Frederic Patenaude. These products include our books, DVDs, eBooks, etc. 

These products carry a 60 day warranty. You can open the DVDs, use them, and inspect them as much as you'd like. If you're not happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 60 days from the time of purchase at www.replytofred.com 

Books/DVDs by Other Authors

Books by other authors, not produced by Raw Vegan, must be returned in original condition. We will accept returns for unopened DVDs and books in resellable condition. Damaged books or opened DVDs will be refunded minus a 50% stocking fee. 

More Details on Returns

Most other products are refundable if they are returned in original, unopened condition. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products returned more than 60 days after the date of purchase. We also cannot accept returns for opened or used products (except for information products made by Raw Vegan and books in original condition). 

We cannot accept returns for appliances, such blender, juicers, dehydrators, etc.
